Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders shipped within the United States. If a shipping fee applies to a specific order or destination, it will be clearly shown at checkout before you place your order.

Local Delivery

We offer local delivery within select U.S. zip codes. Orders placed before 3:00 PM CST are eligible for same-day delivery. Orders placed after 3:00 PM CST will be delivered the next business day.

Local delivery availability is determined by your U.S. zip code and will be shown at checkout if your address qualifies. Delivery times may vary slightly based on order volume, traffic, and weather conditions.


Order Processing Time

We work hard to ship orders quickly. Most orders are processed within 24 hours, excluding major holidays. Processing times may be longer during peak seasons, promotions, or due to carrier delays.

Order Tracking

After your order ships, we will email you a tracking number and it will also appear on your order status page. If your package is delayed, damaged, or marked as lost in transit, contact us and we will help investigate and work with the carrier to find a solution in line with our policies.

Back Orders

If an item is on back order, we may ship the in stock items first and send the remaining items when they become available. If we split your shipment, you will not be charged additional shipping for the second shipment.

International Orders
